Brampton Park Golf Course, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

We were commissioned by the golf club to produce a landscape management plan for the course in Huntingdon. This was a requirement of the local authority as a condition for the approval of a planning application for a new driving range located at the south east of the course.

We considered the range of habitat types & put forward tree planting proposals to enrich the ecological diversity & landscape setting of the course. In addition we produced detailed planting & layout plans for the new driving range whose position needed to take account of existing planting & water features. We consulted with local authority officers who approved our management plan & gave planning consent for the new driving range.

Stockley Park Golf Course, Hayes, Middlesex

We were commissioned by the golf club to produce a planting & landscape plan for the extension of the existing club house & for the development of a chipping green next to the club house. This was a requirement of the local authority so that planning consent could be obtained for the extension of the club house at a location sensitive to the local landscape.

The planting was designed to complement the existing styles of planting prevalent throughout the course, whiles also providing a practical configuration that would enhance the setting of the clubhouse whilst not affecting stroke play.
