East elevation & retained Lime tree

(For Westbury Group)

We worked closely with the architect and engineer to produce an attractive external works layout including a private recreational space for residents. An existing mature Lime tree was retained and incorporated into the external works design. The design features parking areas designed to allow rainwater infiltration in line with current SUDS (sustainable drainage) requirements. The masterplan drawing opposite was presented to local councillors and planning officers prior to our client gaining planning permission. The images below show some colourful planting design that we include in all our proposals after the scheme was completed in 2003 and a view of the completed development.

(For Prowting Homes)

We worked closely with the architect and engineer to produce an attractive external works layout including private gardens for residents. The site overlooks the Richmond Park with its attractive backdrop of mature trees. The planting and external works design took careful note of this sensitive location and successful consultations took place with Royal Parks officers. The scheme received planning permission and the condition for a sensitive landscape scheme was met. The images below show some colourful planting designs included in our proposals along with an elevation of the completed residences after the scheme was completed in 2002.

Gazebo, pergola & fence details

(For Berkeley Homes Southern)

We were commissioned to provide an attractive planting and external works layout for this prestigious development of new luxury homes on a brownfield site near the south coast of England between Chichester and Selsey. We designed the gardens and reception areas for the showhome and car park and also incorporated designs for a gazebo liked by a pergola to the rear patio of the showhome. The design was provides cheerful splashes of colour using spring bulbs and plants with evergreen foliage in a range of hues that will prove attractive throughout the whole year. Attractive lattice fencing separates the temporary car park from the showhome. We also produced an enticing final design for the showhome once the car park and marketing suite were no longer required.
