(For JDA Architects)

We were commissioned by JDA architects and the developer of this of this newly built nightspot in the town centre of Windsor to carry out a measured building survey of these premises. This included the interior floor, ceiling and service pipes/ cables as well as the external elevations and street levels.

The premises have been converted into a high quality contemporary bar and nightspot with a newly built reception area and a new mezzanine level. There are many service pipes and cables that serve the many shop units located above and these had to be plotted accurately onto a base plan so that the air conditioning ducting could be located accurately and within a reconfigured and eye catching ceiling layout.

We surveyed the whole premises using state of the art survey equipment with the drawings all plotted as digital Autocad files to be used in conjunction with the nightclub designers and architectural consultants.
